�We R Who We R� is a song by American recording artist and songwriter Kesha, from her first EP �Cannibal�. The song was released as the EP�s lead single on October 22, 2010. It was written by Kesha alongside Lukasz Gottwald, Benjamin Levin and Joshua Coleman with production also done by Gottwald, Levin and Coleman. Kesha wrote the song in the wake of the news about bullying that has led to multiple suicides of gay youth. The message of the song is to inspire people to be themselves, a celebration of any sort of quirks or eccentricities.
